Commissioning
We commission machines and train our customers with our experienced technical experts.
Maintenance
We overhaul customer machines at our site in Grevenbroich, Germany, or at the sites of our qualified partners. We conduct maintenance and periodic inspections at our customers' facilities.
Repair
We repair customer machines and perform safety modifications according to the state of the art.
Original spare parts
We keep large stocks of spare parts to ensure quick service. We have original spare parts available even for machines that were commissioned decades ago.
Supraton rental machines
We offer our customers Supraton rental machines for process development. This enables the testing and analysis of new methods and processes with our laboratory and pilot machines.
Recurring tests,
DGUV rule 100-500
We perform recurring tests on centrifugals according to DGUV rule 100-500 (German social accident insurance). According to the German operational safety ordinance, equipment must be tested annually in operating condition and every three years in disassembled condition.
Our employees are qualified, certified, and authorised persons according to DIN EN ISO 9712. They apply powerful methods for inspection and analysis to check key components of the centrifugal for cracks. Surface crack inspections using eddy currents enable the testing of components while installed to minimise time and cost. Our experts are available to you in all matters regarding recurring tests of centrifugals.
Operational safety
according to performance level D
We perform safety modifications of existing centrifugal stations in accordance with the Machinery Directive EN 13849-1. This offers many benefits to the owner:
- Improved operational safety according to performance level D
- Failsafe control due to design and programming in accordance with the Machinery Directive EN 13849-1
- Sensor upgrades to monitor vibration, speed, and pendulum movement
- Safety-limited speed (SLS) for safe shutdown in the event of a malfunction without loss of batch or delay due to cleaning
- State-of-the-art diagnostic system for quick analysis, localisation, and repair of defects
- Expanded safety functions in accordance with current EU standards
In addition, Buckau-Wolf GmbH offers an option to integrate a monitoring system for continuous analysis and diagnosis of all rotating parts as well as a function for the automatic transfer of status and error messages via text message or e-mail.
